About this piece
Original Jean Wallin acrylic painting for sale: “Untitled,” a 26” x 20” acrylic on paper that lets Wallin’s pure painterly instincts lead. Contemporary Tucson-based artist Jean Wallin builds faceless, abstracted figures from layered, shifting color, and without a title the work stays fully open, an invitation for the viewer to complete its meaning. On paper, her brushwork feels especially fluid and immediate. The generous format makes it a substantial original statement, ideal framed on a contemporary wall. This is a one-of-a-kind painting, signed by the artist and never a reproduction. For collectors of contemporary abstract figurative art, “Untitled” offers Wallin at her most intuitive, an original Jean Wallin painting that rewards open, unhurried looking.
