About this piece
Jean Wallin original acrylic painting for sale: “Snow in the Desert,” a 24” x 24” work on canvas that turns an unlikely Southwestern moment into a field of shifting, luminous color. Wallin, a contemporary painter working from Tucson, Arizona, is known for blending recognizable imagery with pure abstraction, and here cool whites drift across warmer desert tones in the layered, atmospheric way that defines her work. The square format gives the composition balance and calm, making it a contemplative centerpiece for a modern room. This is an original, one-of-a-kind acrylic painting, signed by the artist, not a print or reproduction. For collectors of contemporary Southwestern and abstract art, “Snow in the Desert” offers Wallin’s signature mix of mystery and emotional clarity, an original Jean Wallin painting ready to hang and built to hold a viewer’s attention.
