Art Source Collective is an online gallery offering original fine art, collectible southwest paintings, and rare photographic prints. Each piece shown on this site is an individual, one-of-a-kind work sold by Art Source Collective as an art broker on behalf of the artist or current owner. Art Source Collective is a Utah limited liability company.

Each piece is individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Clicking "Purchase" on an artwork page initiates a secure checkout through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the piece is marked sold and removed from the available inventory. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.

Because every piece is unique, availability can change without notice. If a piece sells between the time you add it to the cart and the time you complete payment, the sale will not go through and any authorization hold will be released by your card issuer.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are calculated separately. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery costs.

A piece marked "Reserved" is on temporary hold for a prospective buyer who has contacted us directly. Reserved status does not guarantee a sale and the piece may return to "Available" status if the reservation expires. To reserve a piece, contact us directly at artsourcecollective@gmail.com.

Every piece offered through Art Source Collective is authentic and represented accurately to the best of our knowledge. Detailed information on medium, dimensions, and provenance is provided on each artwork's page. Photographs represent the work as faithfully as possible; minor variations in color due to monitor calibration are normal and not grounds for return.

If the piece you receive is materially different from what was described or photographed, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. See our Refunds Policy.

Browsing the collection is free and does not require registration. We do not require an account to inquire about or purchase a piece. By using this website, you agree not to reproduce artwork images for commercial use without written permission from Art Source Collective and the artist.

Art Source Collective's total liability for any claim related to a sale is limited to the purchase price paid for the piece in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication with us; formal disputes will be resolved in Washington County, Utah.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to sales completed after the effective date.
