Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final
Because every piece on Art Source Collective is an individual, one-of-a-kind work, all sales are final. Once payment is complete and the piece is shipped, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind, a different room layout, or a reaction to the piece in person that differs from the online photographs.
We work hard to represent every piece accurately. Each artwork page includes medium, dimensions, and detailed photographs. If a piece is materially different from what was described or photographed, the protections below apply.
Damage in Transit
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at artsourcecollective@gmail.com. Include:
- Photographs of the damaged piece and the packaging it arrived in.
- The order confirmation number.
- A brief description of the damage.
Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price. We will file the insurance claim on your behalf and make you whole through one of the following, depending on the nature of the damage:
- Professional restoration at our expense, if the piece can be restored.
- A replacement of equivalent value, if the artist has a comparable piece available.
- A full refund, including original shipping charges.
Misrepresentation
If a piece is materially different from what was described on its artwork page (for example, a different medium, incorrect dimensions, or an authenticity issue), contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate, and if we agree the piece was misrepresented, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and issue a full refund of the purchase price plus original shipping.
Reserved Pieces
A reservation is a temporary hold, not a completed sale. No payment is taken for a reservation. If a reservation expires or is cancelled, there is nothing to refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5 to 10 business days, though your card issuer may take longer to post the credit to your account.
Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for refund or return:
- Change of mind after the piece arrives undamaged and matches its description.
- Damage caused after delivery, including damage during installation or hanging.
- Refusal of delivery without notice to us. If you cannot receive a package, contact us to arrange redelivery before refusing it.
