Shipping Policy

Every piece sold through Art Source Collective is a unique, one-of-a-kind work. Because pieces vary in size, medium, and fragility, shipping is arranged individually rather than through a flat-rate system. We pack each piece with care and ship domestically via insured, trackable service.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each piece. For works under 20 inches on the long edge, domestic shipping typically ranges from $50 to $150. Larger works, framed pieces, and international destinations are quoted individually.

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. If the shipping quote shown at checkout is materially different from the actual cost (for example, a remote delivery address), we will contact you before completing the order.

Every piece ships in protective packaging appropriate to its medium:

• Paintings on canvas or board are wrapped in glassine, corner-protected, sandwiched in rigid foam or cardboard, and boxed.
• Framed works are packed with extra corner reinforcement and bubble wrap.

All shipments are insured for the full purchase price. If a piece is lost or damaged in transit, the insurance claim is handled by us and you will be made whole either through repair, replacement (if possible), or full refund.

Most domestic orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase and arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination. Larger works may take longer to pack and ship. We send a tracking number by email as soon as the piece is on the way.

We can ship internationally on request. Contact us at artsourcecollective@gmail.com with the piece you are interested in and your delivery country, and we will provide a quote. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. We recommend avoiding PO boxes for larger works. If the package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping and re-shipment costs may apply.
