Information We Collect
When you use our website or purchase a piece, we may collect the following information:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, and any notes you provide. Collected when you send an inquiry through our contact page.
- Checkout information: billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Website analytics: pages visited, referring source, device type, and general location (city level). Collected through standard analytics tools.
- Cookies: minimal, standard website cookies for session handling and analytics.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process purchases, arrange shipping, and follow up on any questions about a piece. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share it with anyone outside our business except as required to deliver service (for example, our payment processor and shipping carrier).
Third-Party Services
Our site uses the following third-party services:
- Stripe to process payments. Stripe receives payment details directly through their hosted checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
- Netlify Forms to receive contact form submissions.
- Google Fonts or self-hosted fonts for typography rendering.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver purchased pieces.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We have chosen them because they are standard tools for secure e-commerce, but their use means some data flows to third parties outside our direct control.
Cookies
Our site uses a minimal set of cookies for session handling and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from browsing the collection or purchasing a piece.
Data Retention
We retain purchase records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years). Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years unless you request deletion sooner. Stripe retains payment records according to its own policies.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of personal information we hold about you, email artsourcecollective@gmail.com with a short note. We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within seven business days, subject to any legal retention requirements (for example, tax records for completed purchases).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, as well as to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at artsourcecollective@gmail.com.

Questions about a piece?
Reach out directly. Email works, a phone call works even better. I'll tell you what I know about the artist, the provenance, and the condition. If it's not the right piece for you, I'll say so.
