About this piece
Original Jean Wallin acrylic painting for sale: “The Latest Phase,” a large 30” x 22” acrylic on paper whose title nods to transformation, one of the recurring themes in Wallin’s work. Contemporary Tucson-based artist Jean Wallin renders a faceless figure caught mid-change within her shifting fields of color, suggesting growth and flux rather than a fixed moment. The layered acrylic gives the piece depth and movement. At this generous scale it makes a thoughtful original statement when framed. This is a one-of-a-kind painting, signed by the artist and never a reproduction. For collectors of contemporary abstract figurative art, “The Latest Phase” distills Wallin’s interest in femininity and transformation, an original Jean Wallin painting with quiet, evolving energy.
