About this piece
Jean Wallin original acrylic painting for sale: “In Delicate Sunlight,” a 26” x 20” acrylic on paper bathed in soft, warm, diffused light. Contemporary artist Jean Wallin, based in Tucson, suggests a faceless female form emerging from her shifting fields of color, and here the gentle luminosity gives the piece a tender, contemplative mood. The immediacy of acrylic on paper suits the subject’s softness. Its generous scale makes a graceful original statement when framed. This is a one-of-a-kind painting, signed by the artist, not a print or reproduction. For collectors of contemporary abstract figurative art, the work captures Wallin’s balance of warmth and quiet mystery, an original Jean Wallin painting that seems to hold morning light.
