Edward Sheriff Curtis (1868-1952) dedicated over 30 years to documenting the indigenous peoples of North America. His monumental work, The North American Indian, comprises more than 2,200 photogravure images published between 1907 and 1930. Art Source Collective holds one of four known volumes of original prints struck from the original plates, representing 228 photographs of extraordinary historical and artistic significance.
